One Direction come closest to reunion so far after Las Vegas event

One Direction have come the closest yet to a reunion.

The band, minus Harry Styles, were all in Vegas last weekend watching Tyson Fury fight Deontay Wilder .

But don't get your hopes up just yet – they were all there separately.

However it is physically the closest the band has been together since Zayn Malik quit in 2015 and the remaining four went on hiatus in 2016.

Zayn posted a photo of the boxing match from his ringside seat at the MGM Grand and wrote: "Proud to be a Brit… what a fight…incredible night."

Liam Payne sang for Tyson at his private afterparty and tweeted: "This was such a crazy night!"

Last year, he predicted One Direction would reunite.

He told Channel 4's Sunday Brunch : ‘I think at some point we will get back together. I think we will for sure. I don’t know when that is yet…at least two years…’

Louis Tomlinson revealed earlier this year he misses his bandmates, saying: "I revealed earlier this year he misses his bandmates, saying: "I f***ing love the boys."

During the fight he tweeted: "Wow. What a performance from Tyson Fury. Incredible."

And Niall Horan tweeted: "That’s THE best boxing performance at heavyweight we’ll see for YEARS."

A source said: "It was weird they made no reference to the others being there on their social media.

"We could be some way off seeing them back together."

Come on guys, time to make some more Midnight Memories.
