Jennifer Garner Calls To The Young Artists Whose School Shows Got Cancelled: ‘I Want To See!’

A lot of things have been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic – from late night talk shows going dark, to television shows halting production and even the happiest places on Earth closing their gates.

Even school productions are shutting down because of concerns, but Jennifer Garner, and many others still want to see them.

In a new Instagram post, Jennifer joined in on the trend with Laura Benanti in hopes to see fans’ performances through social media.

“To the Elsas and Matildas; to the Willy Lomans and Romeos. Not to mention the flautists, the pianists, the gymnasts, the shot-putter. We want to SEE—show us what you’ve got!! 🌟 #heyjenlookatme,” she captioned her post, which explains what the trend is – film your performance and post it online for others to see.

Laura also posted about the trend, writing, “Dark times for all. Trying to find some bright spots. If you were meant to perform in your High School musical and it was cancelled please post yourself singing, tag me and use the hashtag #SunshineSongs so whoever wants to can be your audience!! Sending all my love and black market toilet paper. 💛”
