Television presenter Caroline Flack shared happy images two days before her tragic death.
The 40-year-old former Love Island host was found dead in her flat after reportedly taking her own life yesterday.
Caroline took to Instagram on Thursday (February 13) to share a collage of four images showing her striking joyful poses with her dog Ruby whilst pouting with ruby-red lipstick.
The polaroid-style posts were captioned with a simple heart emoji to express her love.
The presenter was faced with controversy in her final months following her being charged with the assault of her boyfriend Lewis Burton in an early-morning attack at her home in North London in December.
Caroline pleaded not guilty when appearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court just before Christmas.
She was due to face trial next month on March 4 before the tragic news broke.
The case led to her stepping down as host of Love Island and being replaced by Irish presenter Laura Whitmore for the current winter run.
Yesterday, Caroline's boyfriend Lewis shared an image of the pair for Valentine's Day.
Caroline has only recently returned to the UK following a break in LA, where it is thought she was taking time out for her personal wellness.
Tributes have already poured in for the star following news breaking of her death.
This Morning host Eamon Holmes wrote on Twitter: "Caroline Flack …. Dear God. Shocked beyond belief. May she have found peace . #Rip Has to be repercussions for Love Island now surely ?"
