Norwegian Air flight turned around back to Stockholm after bomb threat

A Norwegian Air flight had to divert Thursday after a bomb threat was made against the plane.

Norwegian Air spokesman Anders Lindstrom confirmed the news to USA TODAY in a statement: “Norwegian can confirm that a bomb threat has been made against flight DY4321 from Stockholm Arlanda to Nice. For safety reasons, the aircraft, with 163 passengers and six crew members on board, returned to Arlanda airport.”

“All customers are being rebooked,” he added.

Flight DY4321 left Stockholm Arlanda Airport in Sweden at 10:01 a.m. CET and was back by 11:12 a.m. CET, according to flight tracking website FlightAware.
